Shipping informations
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible (we do not ship on weekends or public holidays). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment approval, address verification, and item availability.
If there is a delay or if an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. Depending on the destination region, delivery usually takes place after 2-12 working days. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
- Shipping to Austria is free if the order value is 150 EUR or more.
- Shipping to Germany ist free, if the order value is 500 EUR and more.
- We offer free returns* for customers from Austria and Germany!
